What is a wheel trim?
A "wheel trim", "hub cap", or "wheel cover" is a circular disc, which is usually made from plastic and attaches to the side of a vehicle wheel.
What is the difference between a hub cap and a wheel trim?
A wheel trim is exactly the same as a hub cap. However, in the UK the term "hub cap" is used less frequently than it is in the us.
Is there more than one wheel trim that can fit my car?
Yes. Most wheel trims use a simple standardised clip on mechanism. They come in four sizes 13", 14", 15" and 16". It is likely there are thousands of wheel trims that can fit your car.
Why do wheel trims fall off?
The cause of a wheel trim falling off can often be due to a poor attachment to the wheel. Sometimes the force of an impact against something such as a curb can cause the wheel trim to come loose.

Will I receive a new wheel trims?

How long can I expect to wait for my wheel trim?
If your wheel trim is from a common vehicle model it may take less than three working days. However, we advise all our customers that it may take up to five working days to source and dispatch your wheel trim. Delivery is made via courier direct from one of our dealer partners and is usually very prompt. If there are any problems with receiving your order you should contact the QuickHubs staff via e-mail.
Where will I find my part number?
It is always on the back of the wheel trim and is usually near the manufacturer's logo. The number is often between 7 and 15 digits long and contains letters as well as digits. An example is 961130FA. This is the hub cap for a Ford Fiesta.
Where can I find my VIN and what is it?
The VIN is a 17 digit number which uniquely identifies your car from any other car anywhere else in the world. The digits can tell you where your car was built, the year it was made and can even help identify your hub cap. The location of your Vehicle Identification Number or VIN depends on your car's manufacturer. Renault's for example have them on the inside door, on the engine, and in the vehicle log book or service manual. Other cars have them near the driver's window on the passenger's side. Most, if not all, will have the number in the log book which is normally kept on the inside of the car in the glove box. You may also find the VIN printed at the back of the car on the rear window.
What if I do not find my wheel trims in the QuickHubs database?
We endeavour to supply all our customers with the wheel trim they require. If you can not find the wheel trim you need please forward a photo of the wheel trim and a description of any part numbers on the back. We will then find your hub cap for you.
