Delivery Policy
QuickVehicleParts strive to have all orders with you within 5 working days from the date of purchase. Items purchased are not shipped directly from QuickVehicleParts but directly from a number of different suppliers in the UK and specific delivery times may vary.
Most orders arrive well before 5 working days. However, occasionally orders can take longer than this due to occasional rare items having to be ordered from specialist suppliers or items being temporarily out of stock. In these circumstances we attempt to inform all customers as soon as possible but ask that customers please be patient as our experienced customer support team and our network of trusted suppliers do their very best to have your order with you as soon as possible.
Refunds/Returns
QuickVehicleParts want you to be 100% happy with every purchase you make from us. If you cancel your order before it is dispatched we will be able to refund you in full.
If you have already received your order and are not entirely satisfied with the purchase, you can return it and receive a refund for the value of the goods. The postage costs incurred by QuickVehicleParts will not be refunded unless the order was delivered to you in error and there will be a £5 handling fee. You must however return the order within 7 days of the date of receipt. All items must be returned in the condition they were received in.
If you do decide to return your order, please package the goods securely and download the appropriate return form below according to the manufacturer of item you purchased. This form will contain the return address of the supplier who provided your part. Please also include the order number, customer name and reason for return. A copy of this should be included into the returned package so we can isolate the order. Please also send a copy to mail@quickvehicleparts.com.
If you are exchanging your order please clearly indicate on the returns form what you would like to exchange the products for.
Please note that all refunds are made on the 1st day of every month for the previous months cancelled orders or returns. No refund can be made before this date.
Returns Forms
We recommend that all returned orders should be sent recorded-delivery. QuickVehicleParts cannot refund any product that has not been confirmed as received by the relevant supplier. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items unless they were delivered to you in error, or if the item was damaged on arrival. We do not refund any priority, express, or courier component of any postage charges incurred by you.
